All the main unit of the access control channel that is stuck at the limit must be knocked on the clutch handle with a heavy object and twisted by hand. Move the clutch device until the motor can rotate, and then solve the problem according to the above method



7. Possible reasons why the motor of the gate of the access control channel is not stuck, but the button motor cannot move
a. Reed switch limit switch fails and short circuit occurs
b. Wiring terminals are loose and power off
c. The railing is long and heavy, but there are few tension springs (dropping position)
d. The machine is not equipped with a tension spring (starting the motor at the position of the rod)
e. The capacitor is damaged (use a multimeter to detect)
f. Insufficient motor power

The gate motor of the access control channel is not stuck, but the button motor cannot move. The corresponding solution
a. Replace the positioning plate (for a double reed switch, just turn off the invalid limit switch and turn on another spare limit switch)
b. Check the connection of each terminal to ensure that the terminals are in good contact.
c. Increase tension spring or thicken tension spring
d. According to the railing length, install the corresponding tension spring
e. Replace the capacitor.
f. Replace the motor
