Looking at the motor nameplate and manual, the aluminum core motor will have an "L" or "A" letter more than the copper core motor model, and the aluminum core motor of the same grade is lighter than the copper core motor, and the volume will be larger. If it is a copycat, you may not know it by looking at the appearance. The core colors of the motor can be disassembled. Note that there are copper-clad aluminum ones. Therefore, if there is white inside, it is aluminum. If it can be disassembled, then scratch off the line where it is not necessary, and then stick it with high temperature tape after reading it. If it cannot be disassembled, compare the resistance of the coil. The resistance of the aluminum core is larger than that of the copper core.

1. The pure copper wire motor is relatively more durable. Since aluminum has a higher resistance than copper, it generates higher heat during use, which can easily burn out the motor.

2. The conductive function of copper is better than that of aluminum. The current carrying capacity of copper wire is 6 amperes per square, and aluminum wire is 5 amperes. Therefore, the aluminum wire motor simply generates heat for a long time. Of course, it is not a big problem to keep the housing temperature within 90 degrees. The overall function is not as stable as the copper wire motor, you get what you pay for. The power of the aluminum core motor is much smaller than that of the copper core, and the current carrying capacity is small, so it is easy to generate heat. Generally, the power of aluminum wire is about 20% lower than that of copper wire.

3. The aluminum wire will be lighter in quality and relatively cheaper, but the mechanical strength is poor. The aluminum wire is simply oxidized at the wire end. After the wire end is oxidized, the temperature will rise, causing poor contact, which is The frequent occurrence of faulty power failure or wire breakage. Other aluminum wires are not easy to weld, and have low strength and low melting point. They are easily oxidized, resulting in temperature rise and high loss.

4. The pure copper core motor has lower noise. When the noise increases by 3 decibels on average, the energy of the noise will double. The noise of aluminum wire motors is about 7 decibels higher than copper wire motors, so the noise of aluminum wire motors is more than twice that of copper wire motors. The noise of the pure copper wire motor water pump is only 58 decibels after the test.

5. Pure copper wire motors are of course more useful. Aluminum has a higher resistance than copper, and generates higher heat during use, which can easily burn out the motor. In addition, aluminum and copper welding cannot naturally merge, and the connection point of the power cord is simply burned out. Therefore, the life of the general aluminum wire motor water pump is much lower than the service life of the pure copper wire motor water pump.

6. For example, the resistivity of the copper wire of the oscillation motor is 0.017, and the resistivity of the aluminum wire of the oscillation motor is 0.028. The cross-sectional ratio of the copper wire copper-aluminum wire exchange is 0.79:1, and six square copper wires are approximately equivalent to ten square aluminum The diameter of the aluminum wire is thicker than that of the copper wire. The aluminum wire of the same stator slot often cannot fit, and the amount of current passing through the unit area is different. The copper wire can pass 5-8A current per square millimeter. There is much less aluminum wire.

7. Pure copper wire motor saves more electricity. The resistance size of the circuit element is directly proportional to the heating size, and the larger the resistance, the larger the heating.
